The elaboration of raisins starts with a careful selection of grapes in proper farms, these are transported to the dryes, hilly places with floor off stones and to open sky, where diferent types of grapes are overcarefully stored.
   On a completely natural process and under the action of the sun an the air, the drying, of grapes starts gradually and uniformly till the final transformation of raisins.
   Once this cicle is completed , raisins are moved and stored in dry and dark warehouses completing the total ripeness. From this part of the process of elaboration, raisins are ready to be fractionated under strict quality and hygiene patterns into the different types of packaging according to the need required by the market.
